Scott Collision Ctr did a great job repairing my CT5. Looks like new. Got every dent and mar out. Excellent service, knowledge and communication. Worked great with my insurance. Very happy with them.

After my vehicle was damaged in a deer collision, I contacted Scott Cars Collision Center, and from the very first phone call I knew I was in good hands. The entire team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the process. They answered my call promptly, worked directly with my insurance company, and kept me informed with regular updates as repairs progressed. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which made an otherwise stressful situation much easier. When I picked up my vehicle, I was extremely impressed. The repairs were flawless, and the car looked like a vehicle with only 20,000 miles on it. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend Scott Cars Collision Center to family and friends. Hopefully I won’t need collision repairs again, but if I do, they will be the first people I call.

In May 2025, I had my 2025 CT4-V Blackwing, special edition for about a month when the front splitter, bumper and a few other parts were damaged due to rushing water after a downpour. The car only had 687 miles on it and I was quite upset and drove it immediately to Scott Cadillac Collision center where Brayden, a collision specialist with whom I previously dealt, took the time, without an appointment, to assess the damage and get things going to have my car fixed. As this was a 1 of 50 special edition, the blue tinted carbon fiber front splitter was not a part Cadillac had in stock nor planned to have in the near future. Scott Cadillac advised me that the best course of action to minimize further damage to the car would be to only fix those parts now that did not require removing and re-installing the damaged splitter and have to remove the bumper and splitter again when the replacement splitter was available. That allowed me to drive my car safely even though it didn't look as good as normal with a cracked front splitter. It wasn't until 7 months later in Dec that the replacement splitter came in and Scott Cadillac Collision was able to finish the repairs which included repl
